Allison Dukes, LMHC

Hi there! My name is Allison and I use her/she pronouns. I started my career working in an outpatient program and have continued working with young children and adolescents throughout my career. I enjoy working with children to help process their trauma, regulate their emotions, and gain positive coping skills.

My passion is helping helping children be the best they can be! I enjoy meeting children on their level by communicating through their language. I utilize expressive arts and play therapy for when words are not enough. I specialize in children ages 3 - 12.

Every person is unique and that means therapy should be too. I believe therapy can take on many forms and I am able to use various approaches to help you meet your goals. Please see the gallery for more information about some of the different tools I use.
